As the culmination of PT. United Family Food (UNIFAM)’s leadership development journey, which took place from July 2025 to March 2026, the UNIFAM ARISE Leadership Program Finale – “Celebrating the Journey, Leading the Future,” held on April 7, 2026, was designed as a moment of reflection as well as a reinforcement of future leadership direction. This program provided a platform for leaders not only to appreciate the journey they have gone through, but also to align their commitments in navigating increasingly dynamic organizational challenges.
Throughout the ARISE Leadership Program, participants engaged in a series of integrated and practical learning experiences. It began with Workshop 1: Self Understanding Leadership, which helped participants build self-awareness as the foundation of leadership. This was followed by Workshop 2: How to Think Across to Innovate & Collaborate, which encouraged cross-perspective thinking to drive innovation and collaboration. The journey continued with Workshop 3: How to Lead High Performing Team, focusing on strengthening participants’ capabilities to lead teams effectively and competitively.
Beyond the workshop sessions, participants were also challenged to apply their learning through various strategic assignments that encouraged real leadership practices within their respective work environments. In addition, participants took part in a Benchmarking Cross Industry Learning Journey, gaining new insights from cross-industry best practices and enriching their perspectives in addressing today’s business complexities.
During the finale session, leaders shared their key learnings and insights from the journey, while also receiving recognition through Top Learners and Best Team awards. More importantly, participants established concrete 90-day action commitments focused on Business Transformation & Innovation, People & Culture, and Process Improvement.
This program not only marked the closing of a learning journey, but also served as a starting point for leaders to continue growing and driving sustainable organizational transformation.
