DBS High Impact Presentation

DBS Tower Jakarta, October 29-30, 2025

The High Impact Presentation: Highly Effective and Impactful Business Presentation Skill program was conducted on October 29–30, 2025, at DBS Tower, with 23 participants representing the Assistant Vice President (AVP), Vice President (VP), and Senior Vice President (SVP) levels. The program was designed to strengthen leaders’ capabilities in delivering ideas and strategies persuasively in front of executive audiences.

Through a structured learning journey, participants were equipped with skills to build executive presence—the ability to demonstrate confidence, charisma, and authority when speaking in professional forums. In addition, participants learned how to develop presentations that are clear, concise, and logically structured, enabling messages to be understood quickly and accurately by the audience. Beyond content development, the program also emphasized impactful delivery, including the effective use of gestures, vocal variety, and powerful word choices to reinforce key messages.

The learning process extended beyond in-class workshops and was enriched through the use of the Gnowbe digital learning platform as an interactive learning tool. A variety of role-play activities and hands-on practice sessions became essential components of the program, allowing participants to apply presentation techniques in real situations, receive feedback, and continuously refine their skills to deliver more effective and influential presentations.

Overall, the program is expected to support leaders in enhancing the quality of their strategic communication—enabling them to present ideas more convincingly, influence decision-making processes, and drive organizational movement with greater confidence and impact.
