On October 16, 2024, Ciputra Artpreneur in South Jakarta hosted the “CIPUTRA – LEAD3 D.E.T Booth Presentation & Appreciation” event. This marked the pinnacle of the Ciputra LEAD3 (Department Head Development Program), designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and leadership among participants.

All LEAD3 participants presented their D.E.T (Defend-Extend-Transform) projects, developed by each group. These projects were showcased through creative booths illustrating ideas, strategies, and innovations aimed at supporting the sustainability and growth of Ciputra Group.

The event was made even more special by the presence of a distinguished panel of judges, comprising Directors and Associate Directors of Ciputra Group. They evaluated the projects based on creativity, the implementation of IPE values, and their relevance to the company’s vision and mission.
