As part of its commitment to supporting organizations in building a high-performance culture and adaptive leadership, Qando Qoaching was entrusted as the consultant and facilitator for the KASIH GROUP 2026 Kick Off Program, themed “RACE For EXCELLENCE.” The program was designed as a momentum to align collective spirit, strengthen strategic direction, and enhance the readiness of all hospital units in facing the challenges of the coming year.

Held over two days at Aston Hotel Puncak, the program aimed to reignite a healthy competitive spirit in pursuing excellence, foster a culture of consistency, discipline, and perseverance, and reinforce unity and team collaboration as the foundation for navigating the dynamics of 2026.

One of the highlight sessions was the Inspirational Talk Show, featuring two inspiring figures from the sports world, Susi Susanti and Ade Rai. Through their career journeys, participants were invited to reflect on resilience, the importance of discipline, and consistency in sustaining performance—values highly relevant for organizations striving for continuous growth and achievement.

Beyond gaining inspiration, each hospital unit was also given the opportunity to present a Group Performance showcasing their Defend, Extend, and Transform (DET) 2026 plans creatively. This session served not only as a platform for sharing strategies but also demonstrated each unit’s commitment to preserving existing strengths, developing potential, and embracing transformation to address emerging challenges.

To further deepen the quality of the strategies developed, the program included a Speed Dating with Mentors session. Through intensive, short discussions, each group engaged directly with senior mentors. This coaching-on-the-spot approach helped refine the DET strategies to become more focused, realistic, and aligned with the organization’s vision. During this session, the Qando Qoaching facilitation team also guided reflections and supported participants in identifying strategic priorities that could be practically implemented within their respective units.

Overall, the Kick Off series marked an important starting point for all hospitals under KASIH GROUP to enter 2026 with clearer direction, stronger energy, and a more solid spirit of togetherness.
