LION Wings on The Move

Bringing Vision, Mission, and Core Values to Life Through Collaboration and Interactive Experiences

In an effort to strengthen corporate culture and ensure that organizational values are truly lived in daily work practices, LION Wings launched a culture program titled “LION Wings on The Move.” The program was facilitated by Qando Qoaching as a corporate culture development consultant.

The program was conducted in 8 batches which has been going on since December 2025 to February 2026. It began with a Kick-Off session involving selected Champions from each department. These Champions were prepared to serve as change agents, playing an active role in disseminating and internalizing LION Wings’ Vision, Mission, and Core Values within their respective work environments.

As part of the preparation, Qando Qoaching delivered a dedicated briefing session for departmental Champions. This session aimed to align understanding regarding the Champion’s role, facilitation approaches, and strategies to help colleagues consistently understand and apply the company’s values.

The program implementation involved participants from both Manufacture and Non-Manufacture departments and was designed using interactive workshop methods. Various team-building simulations, collaborative activities, and creative practices were used to create a learning experience that was both engaging and meaningful. Through this approach, participants not only understood the company’s values conceptually but were also able to connect them with real work situations and everyday challenges.

The LION Wings on The Move program represents an important step in the company’s journey to build a work culture that is aligned, collaborative, and performance-oriented. With the active involvement of Champions and cross-department participation, the company expects its values to become more deeply embedded and reflected in behaviors, decisions, and ways of working across all levels of the organization.
