A Structured 7-Month Leadership Journey
The ARISE Leadership Program officially kicked off on July 22, 2025, marking the start of an integrated learning series combining self-learning, interactive workshops, and coaching.
The first stage began with Self Learning Module ARISE 01: “Understanding Self Leadership”, a two-week online course delivered via the Gnowbe digital platform. This module encourages participants to understand the importance of self-leadership, identify personal strengths and weaknesses, and harness them effectively to achieve impactful leadership.
Workshop: Sharpening Self-Leadership Skills
The first phase culminated in the ARISE 01: Understanding Self Leadership Workshop on August 5, 2025.
In this session, participants learned practical strategies to:
- Manage themselves effectively.
- Optimize personal potential.
- Strengthen interpersonal communication.
- Enhance strategic decision-making.
The goal is clear: to prepare leaders who can guide teams and organizations toward greater achievements and build sustainable competitive advantages.
