On May 15, 2025, Qando Qoaching (QQ) was once again entrusted to facilitate the DBS Leadership Pitstop program held at DBS Tower. The program was attended by 16 leaders from the Consumer Banking Group of DBS Bank, employing an interactive approach using the Lego Serious Play method.

This program served as a valuable momentum for the leaders to take a moment (pitstop), reflect on their leadership journey, and develop the next strategic steps towards a more adaptive and collaborative future.
