Tokopedia Hosts ‘Stronger Together’ Training at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah

On September 19, 2023, Tokopedia held a training event in collaboration with Qando Qoaching themed “Stronger Together” at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), Jakarta. This event was designed to strengthen collaboration and enhance the spirit of togetherness among Tokopedia employees, incorporating various interactive and meaningful activities.

Archipelago Journey: Exploring the Richness of the Archipelago

One of the highlight sessions in this training was the Archipelago Journey, where participants were invited to travel across several pavilions at TMII. Each participant embarked on a journey consisting of three stops at different pavilions, representing the cultural diversity and richness of the archipelago. Through this journey, participants were encouraged to understand and experience Indonesia’s cultural wealth firsthand while building awareness of the importance of cooperation and unity in diversity.

Harmonization in Diversity

The final session of the training was the culmination of the entire event. Participants were asked to play different traditional Indonesian musical instruments. Although each participant played a different instrument, they were tasked with creating beautiful harmonization as a team, symbolizing how differences can unite in a harmonious symphony when well-managed.

Memorable Closing

The “Stronger Together” training event concluded with a reflection session, where participants contemplated the experiences they had throughout the day. Through this activity, Tokopedia hopes that participants can carry this spirit of togetherness and collaboration into their work environment, creating a more solid and synergistic workplace culture.
