Ramadhan selain menambah pahala juga tidak lupa kita perlu memperhatikan kesehatan dan kebugaran tubuh supaya Anda tidak terjangkit virus dan menjalaninya dengan maksimal. Berikut tips <strong>P-U-A-S-A<\/strong>,\u00a0 saran dari kami supaya kondisi tubuh Anda tetap fit menjalani puasa di masa pandemi:<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>P<\/strong><\/span>astikan Tidur yang Cukup<\/h3>\n<p>Kurangnya jam tidur dapat mempengaruhi imunitas kita, sehingga mudah terpapar virus. Jadi karena jam untuk sahur lebih pagi maka Anda harus tidur lebih pagi, sehingga jumlah jam tidur Anda tetap 8 jam.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>U<\/strong><\/span>sahakan Makan Asupan Bergizi<\/h3>\n<p>Puasa pada dasarnya Anda hanya makan saat sahur dan berbuka saja. Hal ini memungkinkan tubuh kekurangan asupan nutrisi penting seperti biasanya, sehingga dapat membuat daya tahan tubuh Anda melemah. Maka bila perlu, saat sahur dan berbuka ada baiknya mengkonsumsi makanan yang kaya vitamin.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>A<\/strong><\/span>ir Minum Harus Tetap Minimal 2 Liter atau 8 Gelas per Hari<\/h3>\n<p>Mengingat saat puasa kita harus menahan dahaga dari terbit fajar sampai tenggelamnya matahari. Meski begitu, minum air 8 gelas harus tetap bisa dilakukan dengan 2 gelas saat sahur, 2 gelas saat berbuka, dan 4 gelas antara setelah berbuka dan sebelum tidur. Konsumsi air minum yang cukup dapat mencegah dehidrasi dan membantu meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>S<\/strong><\/span>elalu Ada Waktu Olahraga dan Berjemur Matahari<\/h3>\n<p>Meski berpuasa, bukan berarti Anda tidak harus berolahraga. Puasa tidak menghalangi untuk melakukan aktivitas fisik. Berolahraga bisa dilakukan selama 30 &#8211; 60 menit dipagi hari untuk bisa menjaga stamina daya tahan tubuh. Dan sebisa mungkin sekaligus berjemur matahari untuk mendapat panas matahari yang sehat.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>A<\/strong><\/span>ndai Bertemu Orang Tetap Jaga Jarak<\/h3>\n<p>Puasa kali ini tampaknya akan terasa berbeda karena situasi pandemi virus corona, karena tidak ada sholat tarawih bersama di masjid, buka bersama di restoran, kunjungan keluarga. Namun jika Anda harus bertemu karena<\/p>\n<p>kebutuhan yang penting, tetap melakukan standart kesehatan bersama dengan menjaga jarak 1 meter.
