Salah satunya melalui kebijakan <em>Work From Home (WFH)<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Bisa jadi seminggu pertama adalah sesuatu yang dinikmati tetapi memasuki minggu berikutnya akan merasakan kejenuhan atau kebosanan. Hal ini karena harus diam di rumah dan bekerja di dalam rumah. Untuk mengusir kebosanan, berikut ini adalah tips yang bisa lakukan:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>1. Do<\/em> Positive Habits<\/strong><br \/>\nWalaupun <em>Work From Home<\/em> atau kerja dari rumah, tidak ada salahnya kita mulai buat jadwal kegiatan hari ini. Tetap bangun pagi seperti kamu bekerja. Bisa lakukan olahraga atau berjemur untuk kesehatan diri kamu, jika kamu sulit olahraga di luar kamu bisa ambil waktu olahraga di dalam ruangan atau kamu membersihkan area rumah yang dulu tidak tersentuh, dan menyelesaikan tugas-tugas kantor yang sempat pending atau merapihkan isi file-file di laptop kamu dan masih banyak lagi yang bisa kamu lakukan. Jangan lupa buat jadwal aktifitas terencana.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>2. Learn New Things <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Belajar sesuatu yang baru selama <em>WFH<\/em> bisa membantu mengatasi kebosanan dengan mencari hal-hal baru yang dapat meng <em>upgrade<\/em> diri kamu, misalnya : kamu bisa belajar bahasa asing dengan aplikasi\/youtube, belajar teknologi baru (design, web, dll), <em>Updated<\/em> ilmu baru dengan mengikut training online, ikut <em>zoom training free<\/em> yang membuat kamu semangat (misal <em>Cando Live Sharing<\/em> QQ), belajar masak, belajar membuat kreatifitas dari youtube, kembangkan bakat \/ keterampilan kamu (musik, menyanyi, menari) dan masih banyak lagi kegiatan yang bisa membuat kamu tambah produktif<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>3. <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>Make your Life meaningful<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jadikan diri kamu berarti selama <em>WFH<\/em>, banyak hal bisa kamu bagikan ke rekan-rekan kamu, misalnya ilmu kamu (bisa via online mengajarkan orang lain), hasil masakan kamu yang bisa dibagikan untuk saudara-saudara kita yang kesulitan, atau bantu orang tua kamu di rumah, dan pikirkan hal berarti apa saja yang bisa kamu bagikan.<\/p>\n<p>So, buat diri kamu \u00a0tetap maksimal di masa <em>Work From Home<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJanganlah jemu-jemu untuk melakukan yang TERBAIK, apabila sudah datang waktunya akan dapat yang TERBAIK&#8221;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Guna menghambat penyebaran Virus Corona atau Covid-19, Presiden Jokowi resmi menghimbau masyarakat Indonesia untuk mengurangi interaksi sosial di ruang publik (social distancing).
