Beberapa organisasi terbesar dan paling terkenal banyak yang mengalami periode kelesuan.<\/li><\/ul><p>Inilah pentingnya menghadirkan pemimpin pragmatis yang memiliki keterampilan untuk memecahkan situasi organisasi yang sedang mengalami inersia (perlambatan) ataupun sebaliknya menjadi pendorong pertumbuhan organisasi menjadi sehat.<\/p><p>Kemampuan menjadi pemimpin pragmatis patut dipertimbankan menjadi salah satu praktik (kompetensi inti) yang ingin dibangun dalam pengembangan kepemimpinan di organisasi Anda agar dapat bertumbuh menjadi organisasi yang lebih sehat dan efektif.<\/p><p>Para pemimpin bisnis dapat dibagi menjadi dua kelompok berbeda dalam hal pola pemikiran strategis mereka: <strong>Pragmatis<\/strong> atau <strong>Idealis.<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Meskipun lumrah untuk berasumsi bahwa kebanyakan orang membawa beberapa sifat pragmatis dan idealis dalam hal gaya kepemimpinan dan pemikiran strategis mereka, sama lumrahnya untuk mengasumsikan bahwa para pemimpin bisnis biasanya condong ke satu arah atau yang lain.<\/p><p>Bagaimana kita dapat memadukan potensi dari <strong>pola pemikiran pragmatis dan idealis<\/strong> demi kemajuan organisasi, khususnya dalam era digital ini?<\/p><p><strong>Pemimpin 'Idealis' atau 'Pragmatis'?<\/strong><\/p><p>Di bagian awal ini kita menyamakan frekuensi terhadap pemahaman pemimpin idealis dan pragmatis terlebih dahulu:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Pemimpin idealis<\/strong> fokus pada <strong>hal visioner, ide-ide besar<\/strong>.  Dapat dikatakan bahwa mereka lebih fokus pada hasil akhir daripada proses atau jalan menuju ke sana, dan mereka dapat disalah-artikan sebagai pemimpin yang melihat melalui melalui kacamata yang buram \/ tidak jelas, padahal kenyataannya, mereka sedang \"melihat\" tujuan akhir dan benar-benar percaya ada cara untuk sampai ke sana.<\/li><li><strong>Para pemimpin pragmatis<\/strong> fokus pada <strong>sisi praktis<\/strong>\"bagaimana kita menyelesaikannya\", dari tugas, inisiatif, atau tujuan apa pun. Mereka juga sering di salah-artikan dianggap negatif dalam pendekatan mereka padahal sebenarnya mereka hanya melihat keseluruhan gambar (termasuk melihat hal yang bisa menjadi penghalang jalan) untuk mencapai hasil akhir. Ini adalah cara berpikir dan \"berbuat\" yang linier dan praktis.<\/li><\/ul><p>Kita akan memperdalam lebih jauh karakteristik pemimpin pragmatis dan idealis.
