The workshop served as a continuation of the participants\u2019 prior self-directed learning through modules that explored factors influencing team motivation\u2014both those that enhance and diminish it\u2014as well as practical approaches leaders can apply to drive optimal team performance.<\/p><p>The session became even more meaningful with the presence of <strong>Ms. Ratnawati<\/strong>, Founder of <a href=\"https:\/\/precious-one.com\/\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Precious One<\/span><\/strong><\/a><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">,<\/span> an organization dedicated to empowering persons with disabilities to produce high-quality and value-driven products. During her inspirational sharing, she conveyed real experiences in leading diverse teams and demonstrated leadership practices that foster enthusiasm, trust, and team resilience.<\/p><p>Drawing from her experience, she highlighted four key factors in leading high-performing teams:<\/p><ul><li>Transformational leadership that develops individuals and teams<\/li><li>The ability to build and strengthen relationships<\/li><li>Clarity of roles and responsibilities<\/li><li>Effective management of systems and processes<\/li><\/ul><p>These four factors serve as essential foundations for creating strong, aligned, and results-oriented teamwork.<\/p><p>Through reflection and discussion sessions, UNIFAM leaders were encouraged to connect the learning with real workplace situations, ensuring that the concepts gained move beyond understanding and are applied practically in their day-to-day leadership.<\/p><p>Through this workshop, leaders are expected to become increasingly prepared to build teams that are not only productive but also rich in collaboration, ownership, and strong commitment toward shared goals.
