Turnover bukan sekadar statistik di laporan bulanan; itu adalah biaya tersembunyi yang menguras waktu, energi, dan anggaran pelatihan kita. Setiap kali karyawan andal pergi, kita kehilangan pengetahuan institusional, dan tim yang ditinggalkan pasti mengalami penurunan moral dan produktivitas.<\/p><p>Kami telah lama mengetahui bahwa karyawan pada akhirnya akan meninggalkan perusahaan. Tantangan kami saat ini adalah untuk memahami <em>mengapa<\/em> mereka akan pergi, <em>when<\/em> mereka akan pergi, dan yang paling penting, <em>siapa<\/em> Mereka adalah.
