Namun, seringkali tim HR (Human Resources) terjebak dalam kompleksitas perhitungan, pelaporan, dan kepatuhan yang berujung pada potensi denda, sanksi, hingga tuntutan hukum.<\/p><p>Mengelola BPJS bukan sekadar mengurangi gaji karyawan. Ini adalah elemen krusial dalam proses payroll yang harus ditangani dengan presisi.<\/p><p>Berikut adalah <strong>5 Poin Krusial<\/strong> yang harus dipastikan oleh tim HR dan Payroll agar pengelolaan BPJS berjalan lancar dan sesuai regulasi.<\/p><h4><strong>1. Akurasi Penetapan Dasar Upah (Gaji) yang Dilaporkan<\/strong><\/h4><p>Kesalahan paling umum adalah menggunakan dasar perhitungan upah yang salah. Tidak semua komponen gaji boleh dimasukkan, dan tidak semua perusahaan memahami batas atas dan batas bawah yang ditetapkan pemerintah.<\/p><p><strong>Poin Kunci yang Harus Diperhatikan:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>\u2022Dasar Upah Ketenagakerjaan:<\/strong> Dasar perhitungan iuran Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja (JKK), Jaminan Kematian (JKM), dan Jaminan Hari Tua (JHT) adalah Upah Bulanan, yang mencakup Gaji Pokok dan Tunjangan Tetap.<\/li><li><strong>Batas Atas\/Maksimum:<\/strong> Untuk JKK, JKM, dan JHT, perhitungan iuran memiliki batas atas (limit maksimal) upah yang berlaku.
