Namun, cara mengelola SDM secara tradisional sudah tidak cukup lagi. Untuk tetap relevan dan unggul, perusahaan harus beralih ke strategi Human Capital (HC) yang didukung oleh data. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan pengambilan keputusan lebih akurat, objektif, dan proaktif, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan kinerja serta keuntungan perusahaan.<\/p><h4><strong>Peran Strategi Human Capital Berbasis Data<\/strong><\/h4><p>Strategi HC berbasis data, sering disebut People Analytics, menggunakan data dan analisis untuk memahami, mengukur, dan meningkatkan berbagai aspek pengelolaan SDM.<br \/>Mulai dari proses rekrutmen, mempertahankan karyawan, mengembangkan karyawan, hingga perencanaan penggantian jabatan, setiap keputusan berdasarkan wawasan yang didapat dari analisis data.<br \/>Berikut adalah beberapa peran krusial dari strategi ini:<\/p><ol><li><strong>Perekrutan yang Lebih Efektif<\/strong><br \/>Dengan menganalisis data dari berbagai sumber (seperti riwayat kandidat, hasil tes, dan kinerja karyawan yang ada), perusahaan dapat mengidentifikasi pola dan karakteristik yang paling berkorelasi dengan kesuksesan di suatu posisi.
