Kini, pemimpin diharapkan bisa menjadi sosok yang membimbing, memberdayakan, dan menginspirasi timnya untuk berkembang. Evolusi dari \u201cboss\u201d yang memerintah menjadi \u201ccoach\u201d yang mendampingi menjadi sebuah kebutuhan dalam menghadapi tantangan dan dinamika kerja modern.<\/p><p>Artikel ini akan membahas mengapa gaya kepemimpinan tradisional mulai usang, apa itu gaya kepemimpinan berbasis coaching, manfaat transformasi gaya tersebut, keterampilan yang harus dimiliki pemimpin-coach, tantangan yang mungkin dihadapi, serta langkah implementasi dalam organisasi.
