Penekanan pada pembelajaran berbasis proyek, problem-based learning, dan praktik industri dapat membantu siswa mengembangkan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan dunia kerja.<\/p><p>Tidak hanya pendidikan formal, pelatihan dan pengembangan (training and development) berkelanjutan juga menjadi prioritas bagi individu dan organisasi.
