Mempersiapkan team kepemimpinan untuk dapat berperan secara efektif dalam mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis di area tugas yang dipercayakan dan memberikan pelayanan yang unggul kepada semua pihak terkait. Mengembangkan kemampuan membangun hubungan dengan atasan, bawahan dan rekan kerja untuk mencapai target kerja yang diberikan
